The invention relates to the technical field of ships, and discloses an energy-saving marine central cooling water system which comprises a seawater cooling system, a high-temperature fresh water cooling system, a low-temperature fresh water cooling system and a control module. The seawater header pipe is used for guiding seawater into the ship, inlet ends of the first seawater pump and the second seawater pump are both connected with the seawater header pipe, and outlet ends are both connected with the central cooler and used for guiding seawater in the seawater header pipe into the central cooler; a first high-temperature fresh water pipeline is arranged at one end of the first high-temperature fresh water pump and one end of the second high-temperature fresh water pump and connected with the inlet end of the host, and the temperature control valve is connected with the outlet end of the host and used for receiving fresh water absorbing heat of the host in the host; the first low-temperature fresh water pipeline is connected with the temperature control valve; the first low-temperature fresh water pump and the second low-temperature fresh water pump are connected with the central cooler; the control module is electrically connected with the seawater cooling system, the high-temperature fresh water cooling system and the low-temperature fresh water cooling system respectively.
