The rail vehicle anti-collision control system comprises a data acquisition unit, a detection unit and a control unit, and the detection unit is connected with the data acquisition unit and the control unit; the data acquisition unit comprises at least two vehicle-mounted sensors and is used for acquiring area sensing data of an area to be detected around the railway vehicle in real time and sending the acquired area sensing data to the detection unit; the detection unit is used for performing target detection on a to-be-detected target in the to-be-detected area based on the area sensing data to obtain a target detection result and sending the target detection result to the control unit; and the control unit is used for generating a first driving control instruction of the railway vehicle based on the target detection result. The system can accurately detect the road condition in front of the train, collision accidents are prevented, and the running safety of the railway vehicle is improved.
