The invention provides a road condition recognition method and device and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a road condition feature vector which represents a traffic jam condition in a target time period, corresponding to a to-be-recognized road section, the road condition feature vector is determined based on a cell load index and a cell switching index corresponding to the target cell in a unit time length, and the target time length comprises at least one unit time length; performing model training based on the corresponding road condition feature vector set of the target cell within the first duration, and determining a road condition classification model which corresponds to the target cell and is used for identifying a road condition congestion level; and according to the target road condition feature vector corresponding to the target cell and the road condition classification model, a road condition congestion level corresponding to a to-be-identified road section covered by the target cell in a target time period is obtained, and the target time period is at least one of a current time period, a historical time period and a future time period. The traffic condition is sensed on the basis of communication network data, and the method has the advantages of being low in cost and simple in recognition mode.

    本申请提供一种路况识别方法、装置及电子设备,其中,路况识别方法包括:对待识别路段对应的目标小区构建、表征目标时长内交通拥堵情况的路况特征向量,路况特征向量基于目标小区在单位时长内对应的小区负荷指标和小区切换指标确定,目标时长包括至少一个单位时长;基于目标小区在第一时长内对应的路况特征向量集合进行模型训练,确定目标小区对应的、用于识别路况拥堵等级的路况分类模型;根据目标小区对应的目标路况特征向量和路况分类模型,获取目标小区覆盖的待识别路段在目标时段对应的路况拥堵等级,目标时段为当前时段、历史时段和未来时段至少之一。本申请以通信网络数据为基础,进行交通状况的感知,具有成本低、识别方式简单的优势。
