The invention relates to a turnout frame size and stock rail transverse displacement monitoring system and method.The system comprises monitoring units which are arranged on the two sides of the rail bottom of a turnout stock rail in pairs and used for monitoring the turnout frame size and stock rail transverse displacement; comprising a laser displacement sensor used for measuring transverse movement of the stock rail and a vibration sensor used for measuring vertical vibration of the stock rail. The reflecting surface is matched with the monitoring unit and is used for reflecting emitted light of the laser displacement sensor; and the monitoring host is in wireless communication connection with the monitoring unit. Compared with the prior art, the device can measure the size of the turnout frame and the transverse displacement of the stock rail in real time in the static state and in the turnout vehicle passing process, is high in measurement precision and is not affected by severe weather. The system adopts a distributed mode, each monitoring unit works independently, the monitoring units are powered by a battery, a dormancy awakening mechanism is adopted, and the monitoring units are in a dormancy state when not collecting, so that the power consumption is reduced, and the working time is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种道岔框架尺寸和基本轨横向位移监测系统及方法,所述系统包括:监测单元,所述的监测单元成对设置于道岔基本轨轨底两侧,用于监测道岔的框架尺寸和基本轨横向位移,包括用于测量基本轨横移的激光位移传感器和基本轨垂向振动的振动传感器;反射面,与监测单元配合设置,用于反射激光位移传感器的发射光;监测主机,与监测单元无线通信连接。与现有技术相比,本发明可以实时测量静态和道岔过车时的道岔框架尺寸及基本轨横向位移,测量精度高,不受恶劣天气的影响。系统采用分布式方式,每个监测单元单独工作,并且监测单元由电池供电,采用休眠唤醒机制,在不采集时处在休眠状态节约电量消耗,提高工作时长。
