The halogen flame retardant is applied to the aspect of tire rubber materials, solves the problems that a traditional halogen flame retardant cannot give consideration to both flame retardance and mechanical properties of materials, and generates hydrogen halide corrosive gas and toxic and harmful substances during flame retardance, and has the characteristics that the flame retardance of a rubber composite material is improved, and meanwhile, the mechanical related properties of the composite material are taken into consideration.

    本发明公开了一种橡胶复合材料、其制备方法及轮胎,属于轮胎橡胶材料技术领域。其技术方案包括可膨胀石墨制备步骤;可膨胀石墨制备步骤包括:以丙酮酸、磷酸及硫酸作为插层剂,以高锰酸钾作为氧化剂,通过化学氧化法对石墨进行改性,制备得到可膨胀石墨。本发明应用于轮胎橡胶材料方面,解决传统卤系阻燃剂不能兼顾阻燃和材料力学性能,且阻燃自身产生卤化氢腐蚀性气体及有毒有害物质的问题,具有在提高橡胶复合材料阻燃性能的同时兼顾了复合材料力学相关性能的特点。
