The invention relates to the technical field of rubber for tires, in particular to a high-performance rubber composite material for tires and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance rubber composite material for the tire is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50 to 100 parts of nitrile rubber, 10 to 30 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 10 to 20 parts of silicate mineral powder, 1 to 2 parts of saturated ammonia water, 5 to 10 parts of tetraethoxysilane, 5 to 10 parts of amino-terminated liquid nitrile rubber, 1 to 5 parts of graphene oxide, 1 to 2 parts of carboxyl-terminated polyamidoamine, 5 to 10 parts of loaded silicon dioxide and 1 to 5 parts of organic bentonite. 0.1-1 part of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of a cross-linking agent, 1-2 parts of a vulcanization accelerator, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-3 parts of stearic acid and 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent. The wear-resistant and tear-resistant rubber composite material prepared by the invention has excellent mechanical properties and good antifriction effect on the basis of meeting the performance of rubber for tires, and the preparation method is simple.

    本发明涉及轮胎用橡胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种高性能轮胎用橡胶复合材料及其制备方法。上述高性能轮胎用橡胶复合材料的原料按质量份包括:丁腈橡胶50‑100份,丁苯橡胶10‑30份,硅酸盐矿物粉末10‑20份,饱和氨水1‑2份,正硅酸乙酯5‑10份,端氨基液体丁腈橡胶5‑10份,氧化石墨烯1‑5份,端羧基聚酰胺胺1‑2份,负载二氧化硅5‑10份,有机膨润土1‑5份,氧化锌0.1‑1份,交联剂1‑3份,硫化促进剂1‑2份,防老剂1‑3份,硬脂酸1‑3份,分散剂1‑3份。本发明制得具有耐磨、耐撕裂性橡胶复合材料,可在满足轮胎用橡胶性能的基础上,力学性能优异,减摩效果好,同时制备方法简单。
