The invention discloses a hybrid power engineering machinery engine waste heat utilization control method and system. The method comprises the steps that the current power battery temperature and the current cab temperature of target engineering machinery are obtained, and the optimal working temperature interval of a power battery and the optimal working temperature interval of a cab of the target engineering machinery are obtained; and according to the current power battery temperature, the current cab temperature, the optimal working temperature interval of the power battery and the optimal working temperature interval of the cab, the engine waste heat of the target engineering machinery is distributed according to a fuzzy control rule. And the current temperature of the power battery and the current temperature of the cab are adjusted to the optimal working temperature interval of the power battery and the optimal working temperature interval of the cab. The device has the advantages that the opening degrees of the power battery regulating valve and the cab regulating valve are controlled, so that the power battery and the cab can be heated by utilizing the waste heat of the engine, the starting of the PTC heater can be reduced, and the effect of reducing oil consumption is achieved.
