The invention discloses an engine waste heat utilization system and method for a hybrid power system. The engine waste heat utilization system comprises a controller, and a first pump, an engine, a first circulation loop and a second circulation loop which are connected with the controller, the first pump is serially connected with the engine to form a pump circulation loop; the first circulation loop and the second circulation loop are both connected with the pump circulation loop in parallel. The controller controls the opening degree of the first circulation loop and the opening degree of the second circulation loop on the basis of the heating requirements of the cab and the power battery under the conditions of normal heating of the cab and safe heating of the power battery, so that high-temperature engine cooling liquid in the engine is injected into the first circulation loop and/or the second circulation loop. According to different current working conditions, the environmental working conditions of the hybrid power system are divided into a plurality of condition classifications for analysis, the waste heat utilization priority under each working condition is formulated, and the power battery is heated on the basis that cab heating and driver temperature comfort are not affected as far as possible.
本发明公开了一种面向混动系统的发动机余热利用系统及方法,包括控制器,以及与控制器相连的第一泵、发动机、第一循环回路和第二循环回路;第一泵与发动机串联,形成泵循环回路;第一循环回路和第二循环回路均与泵循环回路并联;控制器基于驾驶室和动力电池的加热需求,以驾驶室正常供暖和动力电池加热安全为条件,控制第一循环回路和第二循环回路的开度,使得发动机中的高温发动机冷却液注入第一循环回路和/或第二循环回路。本发明根据当前不同工况,通过将混动系统环境工况划分为多个情况分类进行分析,制定各个工况下,余热利用优先级,在尽可能不影响驾驶室供暖,驾驶员温度舒适性的基础上,对动力电池进行加热。
