The invention discloses a vehicle position prediction method and device, terminal equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining position information and/or state information of a current vehicle; according to the position information and/or the state information, calculation is carried out, the predicted position of the current vehicle is determined and used for vehicle control and/or decision assistance, the predicted position comprises a relative predicted position and/or an absolute predicted position, and the simple vehicle position prediction method is provided. According to the method, a dynamic model or a kinematic model does not need to be adopted, accurate prediction of the vehicle position is achieved, dependence on computing resources is reduced, and/or the influence of external factors on prediction accuracy is reduced.
