The invention relates to the technical field of conjugated diene catalytic polymerization, and discloses a method for preparing poly conjugated diene, a product and application. The method comprises the following steps: in the presence of an iron-based boroxane catalytic system, carrying out polymerization reaction on conjugated diene to obtain poly conjugated diene, wherein the iron-based boroxane catalytic system comprises an N, N-bidentate carboxylic acid iron catalyst, aluminum alkyl and a boroxane compound. According to the invention, the cheap boroxane compound is applied to polymerization of conjugated diene, and the electron donor boroxane compound is used as a third component in a catalytic system and can adjust the Lewis acidity of a metal center and maintain the stability of the metal center when being coordinated with metal, so that stable and efficient polymerization of conjugated diene is realized; and the cost of a catalytic system for catalytic polymerization of conjugated diene is reduced.
