The engine exhaust gas waste heat recycling system comprises a heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger is connected with an exhaust pipe of an engine; the first end of the heat exchanger is connected with a water outlet of the engine; a first control valve, a second control valve and a three-way valve are connected in parallel between the second end of the heat exchanger and the water inlet of the engine; the first end of the warm air core is connected with the three-way valve, and the second end is connected with a water inlet of the engine. A first end of the urea tank is connected with the three-way valve, and a second end is connected with a water inlet of the engine through a third control valve; the first end of the waste heat recovery system is connected with the second control valve, and the second end is connected with a water inlet of the engine. According to the energy consumption distribution of the whole vehicle, a large amount of heat energy contained in exhaust gas of the engine is recycled, the heat energy is adjusted through a valve body and distributed to the engine, a urea tank, a warm air core body or a waste heat recovery system according to needs, energy consumption caused by the heating and heating requirements of the whole vehicle is reduced, and energy optimization utilization of the heating and heating working conditions is achieved.
