The invention discloses a full-power power take-off hybrid power system, a working method thereof and a whole vehicle. The system comprises a first clutch, a motor, a full-power power takeoff, a second clutch and a gearbox. A pressure plate of the first clutch is connected with an engine, and a driven plate of the first clutch is connected with a motor; the first clutch is used for controlling power of the engine to be transmitted to the motor according to combination or separation of a pressure plate and a driven plate of the first clutch; the motor is connected with the full-power power takeoff through a spline; the full-power power takeoff is used for providing power for loading equipment and outputting power to the gearbox; the full-power power takeoff is connected with the second clutch, and the gearbox is connected with the second clutch; the second clutch is used for controlling the gearbox to conduct power gear switching according to combination or separation of the second clutch. According to the technical scheme, the power source is provided for the loading equipment by controlling the working states of the engine and the motor, multiple power take-off modes can be selected in different states, and therefore energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种全功率取力混合动力系统及其工作方法和整车。该系统包括:第一离合器、电机、全功率取力器、第二离合器和变速箱;第一离合器的压盘用于与发动机连接,第一离合器的从动盘与电机连接;第一离合器用于根据第一离合器的压盘与从动盘的结合或分离控制发动机的动力传输至电机;电机与全功率取力器通过花键连接;全功率取力器用于为上装设备提供动力且向变速箱输出动力;全功率取力器与第二离合器连接,变速箱与第二离合器连接;第二离合器用于根据第二离合器的结合或分离控制变速箱进行动力档位切换。本发明实施例的技术方案通过控制发动机和电机的工作状态为上装设备提供动力源,能够在不同状态下选择多种取力方式,从而节能减排。
