The embodiment of the invention relates to a collision induction driving system and a vehicle. The system comprises an air bag restraint system controller, at least one air bag restraint system and at least one controlled device. The at least one safety air bag is connected with the safety air bag controller through the corresponding air bag driving end; the at least one controlled device is connected with the safety air bag controller through the corresponding device driving end; the safety air bag controller is used for outputting air bag driving signals to the safety air bags through the air bag driving ends when the collision is sensed, so that the safety air bags are popped up; and the at least one device driving end outputs a device driving signal to the at least one controlled device, so that the at least one controlled device executes a corresponding operation according to the received device driving signal. According to the embodiment of the invention, the emergency safety response mechanism of other controlled equipment is enhanced by utilizing the performance of the air bag restraint system controller, and the safety of the equipment and personnel is improved.
