In order to detect reflectors with a camera and to detect objects for driving assistance, it is possible to turn off the headlight for a short time and to compare the images during turn-off and turn-on, but the camera is physically separate from the headlight, therefore, the present invention provides a camera control device and a vehicle control device which can control the shooting timing of the camera and the lighting and extinguishing of the headlight in a non-synchronous manner and perform shooting in the vicinity of switching between the lighting and extinguishing. By adjusting the time phase (imaging phase) of the imaging timing mode of the camera imaging unit (2), the imaging time interval at the time of switching between the light-off time and the light-on time of the headlight unit (10) is reduced (shortened).
