The invention discloses a vehicle anti-skid control method and system and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a vehicle control signal which comprises a traction signal or a brake signal, and determining whether the vehicle slips or not based on the control signal; when it is determined that the vehicle slips, the slipping moment when the vehicle slips is determined, state parameters of the vehicle at the slipping moment are obtained, and control parameters of the vehicle at the slipping moment are determined based on the state parameters; and performing anti-skid control on the vehicle based on the control parameters. According to the scheme, when it is determined that the vehicle slips, the actual data when the vehicle slips can be obtained, anti-skid control is conducted on the vehicle based on the data, the method is real and reliable and has very high reference value, and therefore the effective and accurate anti-skid control effect can be achieved; and meanwhile, anti-skid control can be carried out on the vehicle in the traction state and the braking state of the vehicle, additional equipment or hardware does not need to be added, and the vehicle cost is reduced.
