The invention relates to an electric vehicle EMB system clamping force estimation method based on a pressure-sensor-free control strategy. Compared with the prior art, the defect that a pressure sensor of an EMB system cannot meet the actual use requirement is overcome. The method comprises the following steps: estimating load torque; torque estimation balance force is estimated according to the load torque and a transmission model; estimating a characteristic curve estimated clamping force through a characteristic curve dynamic stiffness model; and carrying out fusion estimation on clamping force of the EMB system. According to the method, a non-pressure sensor algorithm is designed to replace a pressure sensor, the clamping force generated when the EMB system works is optimally estimated in real time, and the problems that the cost of the pressure sensor is high, and the braking performance of the electric vehicle is reduced due to the fact that the precision of clamping force measurement is reduced or even the whole is invalid under the severe braking working condition are solved.
本发明涉及一种基于无压力传感器控制策略的电动汽车EMB系统夹紧力估算方法,与现有技术相比解决了EMB系统的压力传感器无法满足实际使用需要的缺陷。本发明包括以下步骤:负载力矩的估计;根据负载力矩以及传动模型估算出转矩估算平衡力;通过特征曲线动态刚度模型估算出特征曲线估算夹紧力;EMB系统夹紧力的融合估算。本发明通过设计无压力传感器算法代替压力传感器,实时对EMB系统工作时产生的夹紧力进行最优的估计,解决了压力传感器成本高,且在恶劣的制动工况下对夹紧力测量出现精度下降甚至整体失效从而导致电动汽车制动性能下降问题。
