The invention discloses a clamping force estimation method and device and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of automobile brake control. The method comprises the steps that current caliper position information is obtained; and inputting the current caliper position information into the clamping force estimation model to obtain the clamping force corresponding to the current caliper position information. Therefore, the clamping force can be obtained by inputting the current caliper position information of the caliper friction plate into the clamping force estimation model, the problem that the clamping force can be obtained only by using a clamping force sensor which is high in price and high in installation requirement in the related technology is avoided, and the clamping force can be obtained even under the condition that the technical cost and the production cost are low. And the accurate control of the electronic mechanical braking system on the vehicle can also be realized.

    本申请公开了一种夹紧力估算方法、装置及车辆,涉及汽车制动控制技术领域,该方法包括:获取当前卡钳位置信息;将当前卡钳位置信息输入至夹紧力估算模型中,得到与当前卡钳位置信息对应的夹紧力。由此,通过将卡钳摩擦片的当前卡钳位置信息输入至夹紧力估算模型中即可得到夹紧力,规避了相关技术中必须使用价格昂贵、安装要求高的夹紧力传感器才可得到夹紧力的问题,即使在技术成本、生产成本均较低的情况下,也能实现电子机械制动系统对车辆的精准控制。
