Compared with a traditional suspension, the anti-rolling and anti-pitching capacity of a vehicle can be improved, semi-active control can be conducted on the suspension, and damage to hinge points is avoided.
本发明公开一种铰接式车辆油气互联ISD悬架车身姿态半主动控制方法,步骤1,设计油气互联ISD悬架系统,建立电磁比例阀和铰接式车辆运动学模型为参考模型;步骤2,构建车身姿态监测装置实时获得道路和车身姿态信息;步骤3,加入PLC控制器,根据不同的车身姿态控制各个电磁换向阀应对不同工况;步骤4,在油气回路中嵌入螺旋管式惯容器,提高车辆低频隔振性能;步骤5,与螺旋管并联一个电磁比例阀,调整比例阀的开度实现悬架输出力可调,达到对车身姿态的半主动控制;步骤6,更新车身姿态信息,对控制效果进行评价,进一步对车辆进行控制。与传统悬架相比,本发明可以提高车辆的抗侧倾、抗俯仰能力,还能对悬架进行半主动控制,避免损坏铰接点。
