The invention discloses a vision-based unmanned aerial vehicle management system, which comprises a terminal server, a global unmanned aerial vehicle and a plurality of terminal unmanned aerial vehicles, and is characterized in that the global unmanned aerial vehicle is connected with the terminal server through wireless signals, and is used for collecting global floating object position information through a first vision camera; the terminal unmanned aerial vehicle is used for collecting the position information of the floating object and feeding back the position information of the floating object to the terminal server, and the terminal unmanned aerial vehicle is connected with the terminal server through wireless signals and is used for flying to the designated position and height according to the collected position information of the floating object to grab the floating object ashore. The unmanned aerial vehicle management system can perform global management and control based on vision and efficiently clean lake surface floating objects.
