The invention discloses an elevator traction system and brake system fault detection method which comprises the following steps: step 1, (1) obtaining a reference value of the number of rotation radians of a main engine rotor, and (2) determining an error redundancy value of the number of rotation radians; step 2, obtaining a test value of the rotation radian number of the main engine rotor through a brake test; 3, evaluating the test value: if the difference between the test value and the reference value exceeds an error redundancy value, judging that the test value is abnormal; if not, the operation is normal; wherein when the difference between the test value and the reference value exceeds the error redundancy value, if the test value changes suddenly, the traction system has a fault, and if the test value changes slowly, the braking system has a fault. According to the invention, elevator fault monitoring is carried out in a dynamic mode, a real braking working condition is restored, and various faults in a traction system and a braking system can be monitored.

    本发明公开了一种电梯曳引系统和制动系统故障检测方法,包括如下步骤,步骤一、(1)获取主机转子旋转弧度数的基准值,(2)确定旋转弧度数的误差冗余值;步骤二、通过制动试验获取主机转子旋转弧度数的试验值;步骤三、对试验值进行评估:若试验值与基准值之差超过误差冗余值,则判定为异常;反之则为正常;其中,试验值与基准值之差超过误差冗余值时,若试验值突变则为曳引系统系统故障,若试验值缓慢变化则为制动系统故障。本发明以动态的方式进行电梯故障监测,还原真实的制动工况,可以监测曳引系统和制动系统中的多种故障。
