The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle communication method and system, a nonvolatile storage medium and electronic equipment. The method comprises the steps that the unmanned aerial vehicle acquires transmission data; generating a first encryption key and a first decryption key corresponding to the transmission data, and encrypting the transmission data through the first encryption key to obtain first encrypted data; generating a second encryption key based on the advanced encryption standard and a second decryption key corresponding to the second encryption key, encrypting the first encryption key by using the second encryption key to obtain second encrypted data, sending the second encrypted data to the communication base station, and sending the second decryption key to the decryption object; and sending the first encrypted data to the decryption object. The technical problem that the unmanned aerial vehicle communication system faces security risks in the data transmission process is solved.
