And the working performance of the working machine is improved.

    本发明公开一种用于作业机械的轴荷调平方法及作业机械,轴荷调平方法可应用于混动全地面起重机等作业机械的轴荷调平,轴荷调平方法包括:根据驱动轴的下载荷以及从动轴的下载荷确定调平补偿载荷;根据调平补偿载荷以及驱动轴的上载荷确定从动轴的调平上载荷;根据调平上载荷确定从动轴悬架油缸的调平补偿角度;根据调平补偿角度对从动轴悬架油缸相对竖直方向的安装角度进行调节。轴荷调平方法通过调节从动轴悬架油缸相对竖直方向的安装角度使得从动轴的上载荷增大,进而使得从动轴的单轴载荷等于驱动轴的单轴载荷,弥补了驱动轴下载荷与从动轴下载荷的差异,且能最大限度地增大从动轴的轴荷,提升了作业机械的作业性能。
