The invention provides a low-stress shape-preserving transfer device for a double-web rib structure and a method of the low-stress shape-preserving transfer device. The device comprises an outer frame, a lifting lug, a fixing rod connecting hole, a lower end web support, an upper end web support and a fixing rod. The outer frame comprises a vertical plate and a circular ring; the fixing rod connecting holes are circumferentially arrayed in the radial direction of the vertical plate and are axially distributed in the vertical plate; the lower end web supports are arranged in a circumferential array in the radial direction of the circular ring, and the uniform distribution positions correspond to the arrangement positions of the fixing rod connecting holes; the upper end web supports are of a threaded structure and are arranged in a circumferential array in the radial direction of the circular ring, and the height is adjusted through internal and external threads. The supports are arranged between the lower-end web and the upper-end web, the uniform distribution positions of the supports correspond to the arrangement positions of the lower-end web supports, and bolt holes are formed in the middle of the upper-end web supports; one end of a fixing rod penetrates through a bolt hole in the upper end web support and abuts against a panel of the double-web rib structure cylinder, and the other end of the fixing rod penetrates through a fixing rod connecting hole in the upper end web support and is connected with the vertical plate; the lifting lugs are circumferentially arrayed at the top end of the vertical plate.

    本发明提出的是一种双腹板肋骨结构低应力保形转运装置及其方法。该装置包括外框、吊耳、固定杆连接孔、下端腹板支撑、上端腹板支撑和固定杆;外框包括立板和圆环;固定杆连接孔在立板径向上圆周阵列,并于立板轴向排列分布;下端腹板支撑在圆环径向上圆周阵列设置,均布位置与固定杆连接孔布置位置相互对应;上端腹板支撑为螺纹结构,在圆环径向上圆周阵列设置,通过内外螺纹进行高度调整;支撑在下端腹板和上端腹板之间,均布位置与下端腹板支撑布置位置相互对应,在上端腹板支撑中部设有螺栓孔;固定杆一端贯穿上端腹板支撑上的螺栓孔,顶靠在双腹板肋骨结构圆筒的面板上,另一端穿过上的固定杆连接孔与立板连接;吊耳圆周阵列在立板顶端。
