A through hole is formed in the speed monitoring device, a speed monitoring mark is fixed to the throwing truss structure, and when the vertical restraining device moves to a set position, the speed monitoring mark is completely displayed in the through hole of the speed monitoring device; a camera system is also included. The test method is convenient, simple and high in universality, and the instantaneous speed of the test model entering water can be monitored.
