Through rolling or spinning, the caliber of the original aluminum pipe is adjusted for multiple times to form a rim; the spoke is arranged in the rim, and a fixed combination body is formed by changing the structures or states of the spoke and the rim on the contact surface; and the rim and the spoke on the contact surface are machined to form a limiting area, and secondary fixing is completed. A special construction process is used, the production efficiency is improved, the mechanical performance stability of the product is ensured, the product weight is reduced in material, the construction steps are simplified by using working conditions in process, and the cost is saved.
