The invention discloses a multi-source big data fusion-based elevator health index calculation system and method.The calculation system comprises a data layer, a service layer and an application layer, the application layer comprises a data acquisition module and a data processing module, and the data processing module cleans, preprocesses and classifies elevator multi-source big data acquired by the data acquisition module; the data layer comprises a data storage module, the data storage module stores data processed by the data processing module into corresponding storage libraries according to categories, the service layer comprises a calculation model module and an elevator health code generation module, and the calculation model module obtains elevator health indexes based on weighted calculation of three-level index items. And the elevator health code generation module divides elevator health codes of different grades according to the score of the elevator health index, and generates the elevator health codes in an application layer. The running state of the elevator can be monitored in real time, elevator faults and potential safety hazards can be found and processed in time, the safety and reliability of the elevator are improved, and elevator accidents are reduced.

    本发明公开一种基于多源大数据融合的电梯健康指数计算系统与方法,计算系统包括数据层、服务层、及应用层,应用层包括数据采集模块和数据处理模块,数据处理模块对数据采集模块采集的电梯多源大数据进行清洗、预处理和归类,数据层包括数据存储模块,数据存储模块将数据处理模块处理好的数据按类别存入相对应的存储库,服务层包括计算模型模块和电梯健康码生成模块,计算模型模块基于三级指标项的加权计算得出电梯健康指数,电梯健康码生成模块依据电梯健康指数的分值划分不同等级的电梯健康码,并将电梯健康码在应用层生成。本发明可实时监测电梯的运行状态,及时发现和处理电梯故障与安全隐患,提高电梯的安全性和可靠性,减少电梯事故的发生。
