The invention provides a shallow water sliding ship with a swinging tool bit and a control method thereof.The shallow water sliding ship comprises a ship body, a connecting frame, sliding shoe mechanisms and a plurality of anchoring mechanisms, the anchoring mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the ship body, the connecting frame is hinged to the ship body, and the sliding shoe mechanisms are arranged at the end, away from the ship body, of the connecting frame; the sliding shoe mechanism comprises a main blade assembly and a swinging tool bit assembly, the main blade assembly comprises a main sliding knife and a sliding shoe, the main sliding knife is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the sliding shoe, a hinge piece is arranged between the sliding shoe and the connecting frame, and the sliding shoe is hinged in the vertical direction through the hinge piece; the swinging tool bit assembly comprises a swinging tool bit and a swinging tool bit driving source, and the swinging tool bit is hinged to the main sliding tool. According to the invention, the ship body can keep good positioning capability in different water depths in a shallow water area. And the swinging tool bit and the swinging tool bit driving assembly are arranged, so that deviation of the ship body in the horizontal direction can be corrected.
