The using method of the transporting and erecting integrated equipment for the precast concrete components aims at solving the problems that an existing hoisting and laying method for the precast concrete components is high in cost, large in risk, low in construction efficiency and difficult to guarantee installation precision. The method comprises the steps that a plurality of PK plate bottom plates are laid on the top of a construction floor in advance, sleepers are embedded in gaps between every two adjacent transverse reinforcing steel bars of each PK plate bottom plate, after the multiple stacked PK plate bottom plates are placed on the top of a supporting frame, a walking mechanism moves to the designated position along the two rows of sleepers laid on the PK plate bottom plates, a control system controls a winch to hoist PK plates, and the PK plates are stacked on the PK plate bottom plates. And the rotating arm is controlled to rotate and drive the PK plate bottom plate to rotate to the top of the mounting position, then the winch is controlled to drive the PK plate bottom plate to horizontally slide to the mounting position along the rotating arm and to be put down and mounted, finally the composite layer concrete is poured to form the PK plates, and the steps are repeated so that hoisting and laying construction of the PK plates can be completed one by one.

    本发明的一种混凝土预制构件运架一体设备的使用方法,针对现有混凝土预制构件的吊装铺设方法,存在成本高风险大,施工效率低下及安装精度难以保证的问题。步骤:预先在施工楼层顶部铺设多块PK板底板,在每块PK板底板相邻两根横向钢筋之间的间隙内嵌设枕木,堆叠的多个PK板底板放置于支撑框架顶部后,行走机构沿已铺设PK板底板上的两排枕木行进至指定位置,控制系统控制卷扬机起吊PK板,控制旋转臂转动并带动PK板底板旋转至其安装位置顶部,然后控制卷扬机带动PK板底板沿旋转臂水平滑动至其安装位置并下放安装,最后浇筑叠合层混凝土形成PK板,如此反复,逐一完成PK板的吊装铺设施工。
