The transporting and erecting integrated equipment for the concrete prefabricated parts aims at solving the problems that an existing hoisting and laying method for the concrete prefabricated parts is high in cost, large in risk, low in construction efficiency and difficult to guarantee installation precision. The invention relates to a hoisting device, which comprises a travelling mechanism, a support frame, a hoisting device and a control system, the support frame is connected to the top of the travelling mechanism, the hoisting device is connected to the end part of the support frame, and the hoisting device comprises a base, a stand column, a support frame, a rotating arm, a driving device and a winch, the base is connected to the end of the supporting frame, the supporting frame is connected to the end of the rotating arm, the driving device is connected with the stand column and the supporting frame and can drive the rotating arm to rotate around the axis of the stand column, and the winch is hung on the top of the rotating arm and can slide in the length extending direction of the rotating arm. The walking mechanism, the driving device and the winch are all in signal connection with the control system.

    本发明的一种混凝土预制构件运架一体设备,针对现有混凝土预制构件的吊装铺设方法,存在成本高风险大,施工效率低下及安装精度难以保证的问题。它包括行走机构、支撑框架、吊装装置及控制系统,支撑框架连接于行走机构顶部,吊装装置连接于支撑框架端部,吊装装置包括底座、立柱、支撑架、旋转臂、驱动装置及卷扬机,底座连接于立柱的底端,旋转臂转动连接于立柱的顶端,底座连接于支撑框架端部,支撑架连接于旋转臂的端部,驱动装置分别与立柱和支撑架连接,并能够带动旋转臂绕立柱轴线转动,卷扬机吊设于旋转臂顶部并能够沿旋转臂长度延伸方向滑行,行走机构、驱动装置、卷扬机均与控制系统信号连接。
