The invention discloses a motor controller of a foot type robot and the foot type robot. The motor controller of the foot type robot comprises a weak current circuit board assembly and a strong current circuit board assembly electrically connected with the weak current circuit board assembly, the strong current circuit board assembly and the weak current circuit board assembly are arranged in an up-down stacked mode, and a first heat dissipation channel is arranged between the strong current circuit board assembly and the weak current circuit board assembly. The motor controller of the foot type robot further comprises a supporting column supported between the strong current circuit board assembly and the weak current circuit board assembly, and the supporting column is used for fixing the height of the first heat dissipation channel between the strong current circuit board assembly and the weak current circuit board assembly. The invention further discloses a foot type robot which adopts the motor controller. The device has the advantages that the vertical space is effectively utilized, and the whole device is more compact in structure. The size of the device can be reduced, layout and installation in the robot are facilitated, meanwhile, lightweight design of the whole robot is facilitated, and the movement flexibility of the robot is improved.
