According to the intelligent control method and system for series-parallel connection of the forklift lithium battery pack and the medium, the series-parallel connection state of the lithium battery pack is adjusted according to the battery mode information of the forklift lithium battery pack; when it is judged that the battery mode information is a power supply output mode, target voltage information and target current information are determined according to the first control operation instruction; when it is judged that the battery mode information is a charging input mode, target voltage information and target current information are determined according to the first electric quantity information; adjusting the series connection state of the lithium batteries according to the target voltage information, and adjusting the working current of the lithium battery pack in a parallel connection mode according to the target current information; the series-parallel connection state of the lithium battery pack is controlled in the power supply process, the power supply voltage and power supply current required by work of the forklift are met, and the use efficiency of the lithium battery pack is improved; the series-parallel connection state of the lithium battery pack is controlled in the charging process, the charging efficiency and the charging safety of the lithium battery pack are controlled, and the service life of a lithium battery is prolonged.

    本发明的目的在于提供一种叉车锂电池组串并联的智能控制方法、系统和介质,根据叉车锂电池组的电池模式信息,调整锂电池组的串并联状态;判断电池模式信息为供电输出模式时,根据第一控制操作指令,确定目标电压信息和目标电流信息;判断电池模式信息为充电输入模式时,根据第一电量信息,确定目标电压信息和目标电流信息;根据目标电压信息调整锂电池串联状态,和根据目标电流信息按照并联的方式调节锂电池组的工作电流;实现供电过程控制锂电池组的串并联状态,满足叉车工作所需的供电电压和供电电流,提高锂电池组的使用效率;实现充电过程控制锂电池组的串并联状态,用以控制锂电池组的充电效率和充电安全,延长锂电池的使用寿命。
