The wing component comprises more than two pairs of wings which are arranged in pairs, and each wing is telescopically mounted on the navigation main body; the adjusting assemblies are installed on at least one pair of wings arranged in pairs, each adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting device, a medium filling device and a buoy, each adjusting device comprises a rotary adjusting piece fixedly installed on the corresponding wing, and the medium filling devices and the buoys are connected to the rotary adjusting pieces and are rotatably installed on the wings through the rotary adjusting pieces; and the medium filling device is communicated with the buoy and is used for controlling the buoy to expand or contract. According to the cross-medium aircraft with the buoy adjusting assembly and the control method, the attitude of the buoy can be adjusted, so that the navigation stability and the aerodynamic stability of the cross-medium aircraft are guaranteed.
