The invention discloses a cross-medium aircraft with a hydrofoil adjusting assembly and a control method. The cross-medium aircraft with the hydrofoil adjusting assembly comprises a navigation body. The hydrofoil assembly is arranged at the bottom of the navigation main body, and the hydrofoil assembly comprises vertical hydrofoils extending in the direction away from the bottom of the navigation main body and horizontal hydrofoils connected between the adjacent vertical hydrofoils; the horizontal hydrofoil is rotatably connected with the vertical hydrofoil through the first adjusting assembly so as to adjust the pitch angle of the cross-medium aircraft; and the vertical hydrofoil is rotatably connected to the navigation main body through the second adjusting assembly so as to adjust the yaw angle of the cross-medium navigation device. According to the cross-medium aircraft with the hydrofoil adjusting assembly and the control method, the wide navigation attitude adjusting range is achieved, and the stability of the cross-medium aircraft in the water surface navigation process and the water surface high-speed taxiing take-off process can be guaranteed.
