The invention provides a novel grinding roller shell hoisting tool which comprises a calibration assembly and two hoisting assemblies, and each hoisting assembly comprises an upper hook assembly, a lower hook assembly and a hoisting ring; the upper end of the lower hook assembly is pivotally connected to the middle of the upper hook assembly, and the lower end of the lower hook assembly is jointed with the bottom of the inner ring of the grinding roller sleeve in the hoisting process; the upper end of the upper hook assembly is pivotally connected with the lifting ring, and the lower end of the upper hook assembly is jointed with the outer circumference of the grinding roller sleeve in the lifting process; the calibration assembly is used for enabling the two hoisting assemblies to be arranged in a central symmetry mode relative to the axis center of the grinding roller sleeve. In the implementation mode, along with hoisting, each hoisting assembly can tightly fasten the roller sleeve of the grinding roller, so that the hoisting reliability is improved. And the calibration assembly is arranged, so that the roller sleeve of the grinding roller can be prevented from inclining in the hoisting process, and the hoisting safety is improved.
本发明提供了一种新型磨辊辊套吊装工具,包括校准组件以及两个吊装组件,每个吊装组件包括上钩组件、下钩组件以及吊环;下钩组件的上端枢转连接到上钩组件的中部,在吊装过程中,下钩组件的下端与磨辊辊套的内环底部相接合;上钩组件的上端与吊环枢转连接,在吊装过程中,上钩组件的下端与磨辊辊套的外圆周相接合;校准组件用于使两个吊装组件相对于磨辊辊套的轴心中心对称地设置。该实施方式中,随着吊装的进行,每个吊装组件能够扣紧磨辊辊套,因此提高了吊装的可靠性。而设置校准组件,能够避免在吊装过程中磨辊辊套出现倾斜,提高了吊装的安全性。
