The invention relates to an intelligent identification system and method for the position of a duct piece, and the system comprises a laser scanning radar system which is disposed on a crane and can move along with the movement of the crane, so as to dynamically collect the first position information of the duct piece within a certain range below the crane; the bar code positioning system is used for collecting second position information of the crane on the duct piece transportation track; the position encoder system is used for collecting actual height position information of the crane; and the automatic control system is used for acquiring the first position information, the second position information and the actual height position information, identifying the position of the duct piece based on the acquired information and automatically controlling the crane to grab, hoist, transfer and lower the duct piece. According to the full-automatic duct piece grabbing, hoisting, transferring, lowering and the like, intelligent recognition of any position in the whole segment from the unloading area to the releasing area can be achieved, and full-automatic duct piece grabbing, hoisting, transferring, lowering and other work can be achieved without manual operation by being matched with execution equipment such as a crane.

    本发明涉及一种管片位置的智能识别系统及智能识别方法,该系统包括:激光扫描雷达系统,布设在吊机上,并可随吊机的移动而移动,以动态采集吊机下方一定范围内管片的第一位置信息;条码定位系统,用于采集吊机位于管片运输轨道上的第二位置信息;位置编码器系统,用于采集吊机的实际高度位置信息;自动控制系统,用于获取第一位置信息、第二位置信息和实际高度位置信息并基于获取的信息识别管片的位置并自动控制吊机对管片进行抓取、起吊、转运和下放。本发明可实现管片由卸载区至释放区全区段中任意位置的智能识别,通过配合吊机等执行设备,无需人工操作即可实现全自动的管片抓取、起吊、转运和下放等工作。
