The invention discloses a stepless adjustable lifting operation device, comprising: a telescopic tower body comprising a plurality of standard knots sleeved in sequence and an oil cylinder for driving the standard knots to jack; the cross beam frame is arranged on the outermost standard knot; one end of the shear fork lifting mechanism is arranged on the cross beam frame; the lifting sleeve frame is connected to the other end of the shear fork lifting mechanism and comprises a plurality of first friction blocks which abut against the standard sections and guide lifting of the shear fork lifting mechanism, the shear fork lifting mechanism is combined with the variable-cross-section telescopic tower body, and stepless adjustment of the height of the lifting sleeve frame is achieved.
