The driving unit comprises a driving assembly, a driven assembly and a connecting rod connecting the driving assembly and the driven assembly. The output end of the driving assembly and the output end of the driven assembly are in transmission connection with the two wheels correspondingly. The two ends of the connecting rod are in coupling connection with the driving assembly and the driven assembly respectively, and the driving assembly transmits torque to the driven assembly through the connecting rod. According to the low-floor bogie, the technical problem of how to reduce the middle height of the bogie to achieve 100% low floor in the prior art is solved.
