When the accelerator of the whole vehicle is zero, mode judgment is carried out; in the Normal mode, the sliding power generation time is decided according to a battery SOC value and an ammonia storage value, and the power generation torque is decided according to NOx emission; in the heating mode, the sliding power generation time is decided according to the SOC value of the battery and the SCR temperature, and the power generation torque is decided according to the SCR temperature; and in the regeneration mode, the sliding power generation time is decided according to the SOC value of the battery and the PF temperature, and the power generation torque is decided according to the carbon load, so that the engine executes non-clear-twisting power generation according to the power generation triggering time and the final power generation torque. By utilizing the characteristics of the hybrid power system, when the throttle of the engine is zero, the torque of the engine is increased for power generation, so that the post-treatment temperature is ensured, NOx emission is prevented from exceeding the standard, and the regeneration efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于混动车辆控制技术领域,提供了一种用于混动的扭矩决策控制方法、系统、产品、介质及车辆。当整车油门为零时,进行模式判断;Normal模式时,根据电池SOC值以及氨储值决策滑行发电时间,根据NOx排放决策发电扭矩;加热模式时,根据电池SOC值以及SCR温度决策滑行发电时间,根据SCR温度决策发电扭矩;再生模式时,根据电池SOC值以及PF温度决策滑行发电时间,根据碳载量决策发电扭矩,使得发动机根据所述发电触发时间和所述最终发电扭矩执行不清扭发电。本发明利用混动系统的特性,当发动机油门为零时,提高发动机扭矩进行发电,从而保证后处理温度,防止NOx排放超标,提高了再生效率。
