The problem addressed by the invention is the creation of a solution for a tire pressure monitoring system (1), which solution enables the universal use of a clamp-in valve in an economical manner and by means of a simple design. This problem is solved by means of a tire-pressure-sensor fastening element (4) having an elongate main body (10), wherein a longitudinal bore (15) extends through the main body (10), wherein the main body (10) has a fastening segment (16), to which a tire pressure sensor (3) can be fastened, at a first of the two longitudinal ends (11) of the main body and a connecting segment (17), to which a valve body (2) can be fastened, at a second of the two longitudinal ends (12) of the main body.
