PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the calculation accuracy of slipping of a tire tread on a road surface.SOLUTION: The contact surface behavior measuring device for a tire tread includes a road surface plate 3 having a measuring hole 3a, on which a tire T is rolled, a pressure receiving body 51 located in the measuring hole 3a, having a pressure receiving part 52 in which a top surface 51a is flush with a tire contact surface 3b of the road surface plate 3 at a tip, and disposed to be displaced with respect to the road surface plate 3, a pressure detector 57 connected to the pressure receiving body 51 to detect contact pressure applied on the tire tread of the tire T rolled on the road surface plate 3, an objective lens 61 located opposite the tire T sandwiching the road surface plate 3 and arranged to face the measuring hole 3a, image capturing means 64 for capturing the image of the contact surface of the tire tread of the tire T rolled on the road surface plate 3 from the inside of the pressure receiving part 52 via the objective lens 61, and a slip calculation part 43 for calculating slipping of the contact surface of the tire tread on the road surface plate 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
