PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a requested braking even in a case that a driver implements brake operation during performing collision avoidance control.SOLUTION: A vehicular collision avoidance control device comprises a collision avoidance control part which inputs a car body deceleration speed that is the actual deceleration speed of a vehicle during running, and finds a first requesting deceleration speed for avoiding collision with an obstacle, based on the input car body deceleration speed, the relative distance to the obstacle and a target relative distance, and a brake control part which finds a requesting deceleration speed for controlling a brake device by a first control based on the input car body deceleration speed and the first requesting deceleration speed and by a second control based on the first requesting deceleration speed, and, in a case that brake operation by a driver is detected, stops the first control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】衝突回避制御の実行中において、ドライバーがブレーキ操作を行った場合でも、要求した制動を実現すること。【解決手段】車両の衝突回避制御装置は、走行中の車両の実際の減速度である車体減速度を入力し、入力された車体減速度と、障害物との相対距離と、目標相対距離とに基づいて、障害物との衝突回避のための第1の要求減速度を求める衝突回避制御部と、入力された車体減速度と、第1の要求減速度とに基づく第1の制御と、第1の要求減速度とに基づく第2の制御とにより、ブレーキ装置を制御するための要求減速度を求め、ドライバーによる制動動作が検出された場合に、第1の制御を停止するブレーキ制御部と、を備えた。【選択図】図3
