PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat utilization system capable of improving reliability in a high load zone of a gear mechanism within a differential case without requiring a bypass passage and an exhaust switching valve.SOLUTION: The exhaust heat utilization system comprises: an exhaust heat recovery device (22) provided in an exhaust pipe (11) near a differential case (5A) in which a gear oil is encapsulated; a heat exchanger (31) provided in the differential case (5A); a heater core (43) capable of performing heat exchange between air and a refrigerant; a blower fan (46); refrigerant passages (61, 62 and 63); a pump (71); and a control part (81) for executing a first mode in which, when a temperature of the refrigerant is included in a temperature zone higher than a first predetermined value, the pump (71) and the blower fan (46) are driven, outside air is passed through the heater core (43), the heat exchange with the refrigerant is performed, and the heat exchanged outside air is emitted outdoors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
