PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assembling a joint member which omits a step of creating a shim by a machine work according to a measured gap shape and can improve efficiency of an assembly process, and to provide a joint member assembled by the same.SOLUTION: A method for assembling a joint member includes: a step of inserting a base material 20a formed of a multilayer structure fabric which can be expanded and changed by heating and has flexibility after the expansion change and a reinforcing material woven in the multilayer structure fabric into a gap 17 between overlapped first component 15 and second component 16; a step of heating the base material 20a to expand and change the base material in a thickness direction; a step of filling the gap 17 with a resin 18 to impregnate the base material 20a with the resin 18; and a step of curing the resin 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】測定した隙間形状に合わせて機械加工によりシムを作成する工程を省略し、組立工程を効率化できる接合部材の組立方法およびそれにより組み立てられた接合部材を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、加熱により膨張変化可能であり且つ膨張変化後に柔軟性を有する多層構造織物と、多層構造織物に織り込まれた強化材と、で構成された基材20aを、重ね合せた第1部品15と第2部品16との間にある空隙17に挿入する工程と、基材20aを加熱して厚さ方向に膨張変化させる工程と、空隙17に樹脂18を充填して前記基材20aに前記樹脂18を含浸させる工程と、樹脂18を硬化させる工程と、を備える接合部材の組立方法を提供する。【選択図】図3
