To correspond to varying demand by efficiently using a small number of vehicles.SOLUTION: A rank traffic system includes: multiple ranks constituted by vehicles 111-113 and 121-125 where passengers get on/off; and an operation control device 101 for setting an operation schedule including affiliations of the vehicles 111-113 and 121-125 with the multiple ranks and controlling operations of the multiple ranks. In the ranks, the vehicles 111-113 and 121-125 are integrally operated for each rank by following an operation schedule on trajectories including getting-on/off spots with respect to the vehicles 111-113 and 121-125. The affiliating vehicle can be added/reduced. The operation control device 101 accepts a getting-on request of the vehicle designating a getting-on/off spot and changes an operation schedule so as to flexibly change the affiliating vehicle between the multiple ranks on the basis of the getting-on request and the number of passengers who can get on the vehicles 111-113 and 121-125.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
