To avoid an excessive temperature rise of a hybrid system that performs cooling by using radiators disposed in an engine circulation water passage.SOLUTION: A cooling device includes: a first water passage 20 for circulation of cooling water, which includes a first radiator 13 of an internal combustion engine 110; a second water passage 50 including a second radiator 43 for cooling hybrid system components 180, 120; and a connection device 65 including connection water passages 65a, 65b for connecting the first and second water passages. In the case where a request for cooling the internal combustion engine is not made and cooling water caused to flow in from the first water passage to the second water passage when connection control for connecting the first water passage to the second water passage is performed has required cooling capacity that is required as capacity for cooling the hybrid system components, the connection control is performed, cooling water for cooling at least one of the hybrid components is cooled by the first radiator, and cooling water for cooling at least one of the remaining components is cooled by the second radiator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
