To improve workability and productivity during manufacture regarding a harness mounting structure.SOLUTION: A harness mounting structure is a structure for fixing a harness 1 in which a tabular terminal part 2 is provided in a tip end to a seating face 4 of a terminal block 3, and comprises erected parts 7 and opposed parts 8. The erected parts 7 are erected upward in a state where the seating face 4 is horizontal, and disposed while being paired at an interval that the terminal part 2 in an attitude parallel to the seating face 4 can pass. The opposed parts 8 protrude from upper portions of the erected parts 7 in a direction to approach each other and form such an interval that the terminal part 2 in the attitude parallel to the seating face 4 cannot be detached upward. A first guide face 11 and a second guide face 12 are provided in the opposed parts 8. The first guide face 11 is formed in a face shape having a downward normal. The second guide face 12 is formed in a face shape having a downward normal and disposed adjacently to the first guide face 11 while being tilted in such a manner that a connection location with the first guide face 11 becomes a lowest end at a side far from the seating face 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ハーネス取り付け構造に関し、製造時の作業性,生産性を改善する。【解決手段】開示のハーネス取り付け構造は、先端に板状の端子部2が設けられたハーネス1を端子台3の座面4に固定するための構造であり、立設部7と対向部8とを備える。立設部7は、座面4が水平な状態にて上方に向かって立設され、座面4に平行な姿勢の端子部2が通過しうる間隔で対をなして配置される。対向部8は、立設部7の各々の上部から互いに接近する方向に突設されて座面4に平行な姿勢の端子部2が上方に脱離しえない間隔を形成する。対向部8には、第一案内面11と第二案内面12とが設けられる。第一案内面11は、下向きの法線を持つ面状に形成される。第二案内面12は、下向きの法線を持つ面状に形成され、第一案内面11に隣接して座面4から遠い側にて第一案内面11との接続箇所が最下端になるように傾斜して配置される。【選択図】図3
