To suppress estimation accuracy of a machine learning model used in a vehicle from being reduced when a vehicle part is replaced.SOLUTION: A machine learning apparatus includes: a learning unit 51 which is arranged in a vehicle 3 and learns a machine learning model to be used in the vehicle; and a part information acquisition unit 52 which detects replacement of a vehicle part and acquires identification information of a vehicle part after the replacement. When a vehicle part relating to input data of the machine learning model is replaced with a vehicle part having a different configuration, the learning unit receives a training dataset corresponding to the vehicle part after the replacement from a server, and learns the machine learning model with the training dataset.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
