To solve the problem that estimation accuracy of a machine learning model used in a vehicle is reduced when a vehicle part is replaced.SOLUTION: A machine learning apparatus includes: a learning unit 31 which learns a machine learning model to be used in a vehicle 1; and a detection unit 32 which detects replacement of a vehicle part mounted on the vehicle. When a vehicle part relating to input data of the machine learning model is replaced, the learning unit relearns the machine learning model by using a training dataset corresponding to a new vehicle part after the replacement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
