To provide a technique for suppressing deterioration of power generation efficiency in a generator motor that may occur to alleviate torque pulsation of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A control device 50 is for a generator motor 42 connected to an internal combustion engine 41. The control device includes: an estimation section 52 estimating estimated torque pulsation that is an estimated value of torque pulsation of the internal combustion engine 41; and a control section 53 controlling the generator motor 42 to suppress reduction of the speed of the internal combustion engine 41 by reducing generated electric power when the estimated torque pulsation of the internal combustion engine 41 is negative.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
