To reduce a possibility that an accident may occur, by properly switching between automatic operation and manual operation.SOLUTION: An operation support control device 20, which is utilized in a vehicle that can switch between automatic operation and manual operation, comprises: a driver information obtaining part 25 that obtains driver information on a driver in a vehicle; a density determining part 31 that determines a density of other vehicles running around an own vehicle; an automatic operation ratio obtaining part 32 that obtains an automatic operation ratio of the other vehicles running around the own vehicle; a threshold setting part 33 that sets, for each driver, a threshold for the automatic operation ratio for determining whether the vehicle should be switched to automatic operation or not, based on the driver information and the density; and a switching control part 39 that performs control of switching between manual operation and automatic operation of the vehicle. When the automatic operation ratio obtained by the automatic operation ratio obtaining part 32 is larger than the threshold unique to the driver in the vehicle set by the threshold setting part 33, the switching control part 39 performs control of switching the vehicle into the automatic operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
